>Team players receive more dedicated instruction, additional “training”, and represent their school at six or more tournaments in the year including two State Championships. Team players must do at least two hours a week of training (homework), such as solving puzzles or analyzing games. Advanced members of the team receive personal attention to specialize their development plan.
>Team members who may transfer to the Reserve Team. Reserve Team players needs to develop their skills or assess the training requirements before joining the team. With continued practice and homework assignments we will help them reach the level of skill and commitment required to join the team. Reserve team are encouraged but not required to to meet the team training and tournament requirements.
