Arjoe Barros Loanzon is National Master with a rating over 2300. He is one of the most active Masters and he plays in about two tournaments every month.
Arjoe is also one of the most desired coaches in the Bay Area due to his deep understanding of the game and the ability to communicate that understanding clearly. He is a versatile and comfortable teaching absolute beginners as well as experts. Arjoe possesses the rare ability to explain intricate concepts in terms to players at their level.
In his other life, Arjoe is an engineering manager and a former college professor. Arjoe has led major activities for product and test engineering, including test development, product characterization, and product qualification. He has also adept at testing system and administering networks himself. Arjoe's technical expertise is in semiconductor and electronics technology. Arjoe is also an expert in C & Visual C++ environment. He has a Bachelor's Degree from MIT (Mapua Institute Of Technology) as Manila College Scholar.
